Learning Challenge: Happiness Jar

Because I find myself bogged down by stress and negativity most days, I think that dedicating a specific place to store my gratitude will be a great visual reminder that things aren't so bad. My plan is to write down one gratitude every morning and one thing that I enjoyed about the day every evening for a week and I will then asses if my mindset has changed in a positive way. I'm very excited for this challenge!
If Homer can do it, so can I!

  1. That is a great idea George! I may start doing that as well. It sucks, when I was younger I was more often happy and had a positive outlook on life. As a grow older, I feel like it is being to change. Adulting brings more challenging and more responsibility is put upon a person as the person grows older. I think what you are going to do will greatly impact you. Many times I look at the negatives in my life that overshadow the positives, but there are plenty of positive moments within our lives we just sometimes do not notice. Good luck on that!
