As two weeks closes on my Happiness Jar challenge I can honestly say that I feel as though I am in a better place mentally than when I started. Although the change is not drastic, my
mindset has changed. I find myself focusing on things i'm excited for and dwelling on things that make me happy rather than allowing my mind to simmer on the bad. This is honestly a wonderful challenge that I plan on continuing to incorporate into my daily life and I would highly recommend that anyone who feels they get stuck on the negative often should try!
