Ganesha, The Hindu God of Success

-He is the lord of success and the destroyer of evils and obstacles, worshiped as the god of education, wisdom, and wealth.
-Worshipers also regard him as the destroyer of vanity, selfishness, and pride, the personification of the material universe in all its manifestations.
- In his right hand he holds a Goad which propels mankind forward and removes obstacles
- In his left he holds a rope with which he captures all difficulties
- Ganesha wrote the Mahabharata using his tusk which he sacrificed
- a rosary suggests continued pursuit of knowledge
